The rep James was on time and professional.
The repair man did an awesome job explaining what the problem was and after the work was done he also explained what he had to do to fix the issue. Great customer service and positive attitude. Definitely would recommend this company to my family and friends.
Sears had scheduled service for 8-12 today. Then they said 1-3pm. Serviceman came after 3pm. He was wonderful, tip top. Sears scheduling has a major flaw, I'd say.
