The tech that came out was fine and paid the diagnostic fee. He wrote up what had to be replaced and the parts that were needed. So I had to call and schedule the repair. Called to schedule and the so-called AI system was a joke! Anyway, I got a day scheduled and I received a call and this guy said on the phone that he had to get the money up front before he even came over plus half the original cost of the previous visit for the diagnostic. Extremely unprofessional and doesn’t seem to want to help at all! They did not even try to solve the problem!
