Mark our repairmen did a fabulous job with our riding mower!
Wasted a whole day waiting and they called 2 hrs after the window to say they were running late.
Excellent customer service. Tech added a secondary break fix to his maintenance ticket as the break/fix tech called in sick. He got my washer working again right away without needing a secondary visit.
..Terrible and exhausting experience full of long waits and no way to communicate with live people until I found an old warranty number to call that got me to INDIA! My impression is that the company that took over Sears warranty Services is very reluctant to properly serve warranty issues but so very willing to take on repair $$ work! I had to spend 4 hours to fight for my on line scheduled appointment once they found out it was a warranty issue that their on- line booking scheduled as a "pay for it" issue.
