This is the second time I'm trying to fix my vacuum and the costumer services at the Sears in Saugus is terrible. On my first try, one of their employees(knew by AM)that filled my form was not specific and I had to go back to the store 3 times for the same problem. Also they didn't call me when my vacuum was ready, so I waited almost a month for a vacuum that was already "fixed". Now 3 months later, I went again to fix my vacuum and again they didn't call when it was ready. Very frustrating and disappointing.
