Terrence G. did a great job and represents the kind of technician you hope for in these situations. He let me know when he would arrive, was courteous, quickly identified the problem and fully explained the options for resolving the issue. So helpful. A+
Had issues with noise from the dryer - the technician discovered that the rollers were damaged and not rotating properly - he did not have the parts with him and ordered them - they will return to complete the repair. He cleaned and inspected the rest of the dryer and everything else was in order.
Told us about reason for noise, gave a quote for repair and we all agreed that replacing is in order when the machine stops working.
I had someone come to diagnose an issue with washing machine and estimate repair cost. The machine needed a part that cost $47 and the labor was $343. For that much labor charge, I opted to buy a new machine. I thought the labor charge was very high. While he was there, we had maintenance done on dryer.
