Scott, our dishwasher tech quickly diagnosed and fixed our dishwasher. He explained what the problem was in detail, showing me what caused the error codes. He also shared some regular maintenance we should do to prevent the problem in the future. I would recommend him 100%
Fortunately/unfortunately, the dishwasher started working again shortly before the repair visit. Could not diagnose the problem after thorough inspection, but quoted on potential problems. Probably better off just buying a new dishwasher of this persists.
I don’t like the fact you could only go through the website to actually get anything accomplished. You don’t talk to a person even if you call the one 800 number you don’t get a person. The fact that everything is done by text or an app is absolutely crazy. There’s no human communication you don’t get no person to talk to you about prices. You get no receipts. Everything is electronic. The process was long the times kept changing …The technician was never here when he was supposed to be.
