Pleasant guy and well knowledge
Mixed feelings, however, finally the washing machine is fixed. Numerous damaged parts received, wrong parts installed causing clogging of the drain, numerous large damaged and wrongly ordered parts left for me to discard! and inaccurate information from on line staff. Technicians that finally fixed it were great though. Took three tries to get it right.
The technician was knowledgeable and helpful offering options and advice. A kind gentleman.
He was punctual and personable. Did an excellent job
