Zack contacted me prior to his arrival. When he arrived at my home, he saw the problem and made some recommendations. Due to this, I was able to set an appointment regarding his recommendation.
My trash compactor was under Lowe’s service agreement and Sears did the work. Both technicians were fine but contact proceedure was terrible
Technician was very knowledgeable and articulate. Communication upon arrival was greatly appreciated.
I'm sure the technician is good at what he does but Sears has definitely dropped the ball with their AI phone attendant. Their AI only let you answer questions they want to ask with absolutely no personal Touch whatsoever. I made over five attempts to a correct a phone number but to no avail, thanks to AI. For this reason alone I would never use Sears again. Rip Sears,you used to be good.... 30-year customer saying goodbye!
