Soft Water Unit The repairman was great! He answered all my questions, showed me the issue (nothing terrible), and told me how he would fix it. For whatever reason, the salt only melted underneath a stack of salt. He was able to break it up with a "broom handle!" The repairman was polite, personable, and experienced, and he did not mind me asking him questions. I would recommend this service again. Unfortunately, I don't have his name available at this typing! Oh, one more thing! My soft water unit was still under warranty!
Mr. Slava was very professional and through. We thank him for his evaluation and subsequent repair of our microwave. Excellent Job.
I had to put in my card information 2 days before the appointment but they couldn't give me a smaller window than 8 am to 5 pm on a monday like you want me to take a whole day off work???
