The repair timeline is ridiculous. Have had 4 repairs on our washer in the past 13 months with the timeline of waiting 5 weeks for the last repair of the clutch error code that they had just replaced the clutch 4 weeks earlier. Not sure if its the parts or the service, but I will NOT be a repeat customer to Sears! Waiting 5 weeks for a repair tech is ridiculous, plus the 1st and 2nd load after the tech left, another error code came up to reschedule another repair, now I can wait another 5 weeks for that to be repaired.
