Home warranty company contracts Sears to service appliances. Technicians van leaked oil on my pavers. I had to file a claim. 3 months later-no resolution. I attempted to file a complaint with the BBB. You can't-you are directed to BBBSEARS. They have yet to respond to my concerns. Now I receiving letters from my HOA regarding the stains.
