GONE! THERE IS NO SEARS!!! UPDATED THEIR HOURS 2 WEEKS AGO! ITS BEEN GONE FOR ABOUT A YEAR!
COMPLETE DISASTER. DO NOT DO IT. THEY SCHEDULED US 5 WEEKS OUT, THEN NO ONE SHOWED THAT DAY. WE CALLED IN. THEY PROMISED TO SHOW THE NEXT DAY. GUESS WHAT? NO SHOW! STILL WAITING. BEEN WITHOUT THE 2-YEAR OLD $3K REFRIGERATOR FOR 58 DAYS NOW.
Couldn't even get through the phone call, the agent spent 5 minutes trying to sell me $50 per month coverage, I can by a new one for that. She spoke with extremely broken English. It was a complete Hassle to set an appointment, I finally had to just hang up. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SEARS AGAIN!
