Shame you can’t give zero stars… Called about a washing machine repair. Was on the phone for, literally, 21 minutes going through numerous teleprompts and then talking to a person, who tried to up-sell me so many times for myriad services unrelated to my issue that I had to cut her off. Received a half-dozen texts confirming, re-confirming, and updating my appointment time, only to have the technician not show up. I think these people couldn't be this bad. I was wrong! The cannot fix ANYTHING!!!!! They are the worst! They hung up on me when I asked them to fix my HVAC system when they had not completed the work!!! I wouldn't hire them to change a toilet paper roll. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! This loser that showed up and "fixed" our HVAC system. Look at the picture!!!
Terrible customer service. They have now changed my appointment 3 times! Each time they reschedule they do not call or speak with customer. They pick a random time and send it to you. Today’s appointment was supposed to be 8a-12p window. 7:57a I get a text stating that it has been rescheduled again! Communication is key , should be your companies standard .
