I have never left a 1 star review before but this service was extremely unprofessional. I chose Sears because of how easy their appointments are to schedule. My washing machine is not that old but smells so bad of rotting eggs. I asked for an expert to help me remove the agitator to make sure it is clean inside. The tech came, opened the machine, told me he hates GE washers and doesn’t know how to fix it, and just use bleach. Then he had the AUDACITY to charge me over $100. The technicians showed up when they said they would and were very courteous. They completed the job in a timely manner and left the area clean. Please convey my appreciation to them for a job well done.
