I had them out to fix a small problem with my fridge. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and checked out my fridge to make sure everything was okay, even though he didn't need to.
We needed our refrigerator fixed. The guy came out and looked at it. He said we needed to buy a new one, it wasn't worth fixing. He didn't even charge us for the visit. Thats great service and honesty.
We bought a fridge from Sears years ago. When ever we had an issue, Sears would come out and service this themselves. I like not having to look for outside repairs.
Sears had always been great about keeping repair parts available for their Kenmore products--even those that are more than a few years old.
