Service techs are friendly, informative, and efficient. I cant say the same about the warranty company's decisions about stocking frequently failing parts on their service trucks. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment date and another 2 weeks to get the replacement parts for our LG dryer. This warranty is overpriced for the level of service performed. Looks like the company that bought Sears is one of those Leveraged Buyout sharks: Buy a failing company for 5 cents on the dollar, under-perform on any contractual obligat... read more
