Called to fix trash compactor. Came without any parts after charging me 134.00. rescheduled for another few weeks. Visited again when I called and said part was here. Charged me another 187.00 before coming Wrong part. Couldn't fix. Said they would refund the 187.00, not the 134.00 and I would receive back on my card. Nothing in a week. Called again and said I would receive in 7 business days. Called again 10 days later. Now I will receive by end of May. Worst experience I have ever had
Repair person cleared pump and ordered new one. From there everything went downhill. 2nd appointment wrong pump was sent Rescheduled. On day of appointment no show by 3pm so I started to call. On 6th call finally got to speak to an off shore human. After speaking to that person received an email from different company than Sears rescheduling without conferring with me. Totally overpriced,I was charged $340.00 dollars for a $10.00 part that should have been changed out in 10 minutes instead the repair took 2hours!! Do not recommend this service.
Easy to schedule an appointment. Serviceman came on day scheduled. Was professional, fixed washer without problem.
