Just excellent service and fast!
Called several days before hand and talked with me about the issue. Ordered parts and sent them to my home. Came out, was on time, completed the repair. Very friendly, efficient service. Highly recommend.
The technician was great. However, A&E as a company was terrible to deal with. There is never a chance to speak with a live person using any of the phone numbers they provide. The doors on our new refrigerator were damaged. Home Depot contracted with A&E to replace the doors. The technician arrived the first time with no idea of what he needed to do. The second time he arrived, only one door had been delivered. I tried to call and notify someone prior to his arrival but there was no way of doing this so we rescheduled once t... read more
