You go there to try and make an appointment with a tech expecting face to face service but this address has closed down. It doesn’t exist. What’s going on with this picture? Why is google allowing this? There is no store here. There is nothing! So why are they listing their address? This is a terrible user experience!
Hot water heater repair
The sears technicians were excellent. Knowledgable and informative. The people I spoke to on the telephone were also excellent. BUT...The SEARS COMPANY SERVICE is awful. 94 days to repair my dish washer. The tech did not show up four times. Each time a tech was rescheduled it took 7 to 15 days. And I paid for a "Master Protection Plan" of all my appliances. What a mistake!
Although they are very booked everything went very smoothly from the diagnosis to the end repair. Highly recommend
