Alex is a great person, I believe you know what he’s doing. I pray the problem is fully fixed, but I won’t know until I use the dishwasher again. Love this guy.

Chelsea, the technician, for my washer was on TIME explain what he did to resolve the problem, and had all the key characteristics of GREAT customer services.
