Cancelled on me twice without notice, forcing me to miss at least 3 days of work. It’s nearly impossible to get in touch with an actual human, but when you do it’s clear they are based in a remote call center with no real power to assist you. Trying to get my repair done is now running over two weeks due to these last-minute and not communicated cancellations.
