They repaired the dryer professionally and cleaned the dryer vents also in addition to their task.
Riding mower repair. It turned out that the blades had been installed upside down (not by Sears). The tech corrected that and (with permission) did an oil change, checked the air filters, changed the spark plug. The mower worked for 20 minutes the next day and then the blades stopped engaging and won't cut. Called to get a tech out to see what the problem was, and they can't get back to me for two weeks.
Alex is the best repairman I have dealt with in many years, many!!! Great service, went and fetched the part (1 hour round trip) and came back finished the job, and explained the entire issue - good communication...THANKS A BUNCH!!!!
Excellent Service. The Sears Repair expert took the time to explain his diagnosis of the problem and then service my Washer.
For the love of God, if you have American Home Shield, do not use this company. First technician came out, decided after opening the dishwasher that it was an electric problem so they closed the ticket and sent it to an electrician. The electrician came within a few days and after looking at the power supply for less than 10 minutes they determined there was power so they sent it back to Sears. When the tech comes out he says to me "the board is fried, why didn't they order the new parts the first time?" I'm like bro, who ar... read more
