The Technician was very professional, helpful and smart!
Took 2 weeks to get first appointment and was told to pay $800.00 up front to have refrigerator repaired. Took three weeks to get next appointment for actual “repair”. Parts were supposedly replaced but refrigerator never started cooling. Took two more weeks to have next tech out. Third tech said the replaced parts were never needed and refrigerator not repairable. Told to call company for refund. Have been on hold for hours to only be hung up on numerous times. I am out $800 for an unnecessary repair and had to buy a new re... read more
Xavier came to fix our cooktop. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and understanding. Didn’t take him very long to find and fix the problem. He stayed a few extra minutes to make sure everything was working correctly. We had horrible service with a different company (champs of Memphis), so getting a great technician after that was wonderful
