I had an appointment on 10.18.23 with Darryl. He arrived at 9 am, I explained all the issues I've been having. He spent about 2 minutes looking at my dryer. He did manage to get it to spin once. Then he said there wasn't anything wrong with it. He did not take anytime really looking at it, did not test it out with clothes in it or even get it to spin multiple times to make sure it would continue to work. He gave it absolutely no effort. Troy was very professional and completed the job quickly and correctly. I hope that if we need further service in the future, Troy will be dispatched to our home for the repair as he seemed very knowledgeable.
The gentlemen who came to do our gleaning and start up seemed like he was hurrying, he was running late. He didn't clean the furnace like I always request. And I had to ask him to check for carbon monoxide. I was not happy with the service this time.
The young man was on time, called before he came. He got right to work, explained everything he was doing, found the problem and fixed it. He was very courteous and professional. I was very impressed.
The repairman let us know when he was coming and showed up on time. He went right to work and had the treadmill working within several minutes. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I'm glad I had the 20% off coupon, because the service still cost over $120 for less than 15 minutes of work.
