I had an appointment on 10.18.23 with Darryl. He arrived at 9 am, I explained all the issues I've been having. He spent about 2 minutes looking at my dryer. He did manage to get it to spin once. Then he said there wasn't anything wrong with it. He did not take anytime really looking at it, did not test it out with clothes in it or even get it to spin multiple times to make sure it would continue to work. He gave it absolutely no effort.
