Service person was on time, friendly, professional, thorough and very knowledgable. He performed all tests after replacing the needed parts, but was unable to get my TV to work properly. I had protection coverage, because of that the service person was able to inform me Sears would replace my TV. Overall I am very satisfied with the service person and the service provided by the company. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.
Service technician was on time and very knowledgeable. Got our dryer back in working order in a very short time. Explained everything as he went along.
The microwave work but door is put back on crooked and the light sometimes stays on when door is closed. Also the frame is crooked and door doesn't line up.
