Isaiah was on time, is very well versed in his art and knew exactly what he needed to do. He took very less time in getting everything in order and took pictures of before nad after service too, which helped me understand the level of proble which he had fixed for me.
The final repair was fine. Getting to that point was difficult. The initial technician ordered that parts and scheduled the repair 4 days out, telling us the parts would arrive by then. The parts did arrive and we expected a technician that Friday. I confirmed, via chat, that someone was coming out. Later that day, I received a message that they needed to reschedule based on lack of conformation that parts had arrived. There were instructions to do so nor any contact my them to confirm. The first technician was over confidence telling me what I should be doing, eg cleaning a lint type trap. After doing this twice, he said it was the water pump. The pump was ordered and another technician came out, said he discovered the problem and fixed it. Load one, same problem and had to have them out again. Third technician came out and it was the pump and fixed it properly, but didn’t properly resecure the ejection water hose.
