Sears Home Service repairman came to fix my refrigerator on June 4. Fridge needed parts so repairman ordered same and set appointment for June 11. Parts were damaged when they arrived, so repair could not completed that day. Ordered new parts and set appointment for repair June 22 between 8 and 12. I have used Sears Home Services for repairs for many years. No more. My recent attempt to get a broken icemaker repaired on a less-than-2-year-old refrigerator under extended warranty has so far taken FOUR service calls and multiple missed service windows through one of Sears' third-party contractors, four days in which my work has been missed or disrupted, or I am inconvenienced, and is still not resolved.
