Repair man was very efficient and pleasant. He checked over both appliances and rebalanced the washer. my problem with Sears is that it takes 2-3 weeks to get a repair person to the house . Also I think that they need to do something about the 4 or more hours you have to wait for the repair person.
Technician was nice and thorough but damaged washing machine. He laid all the old and new parts on the floor as he was assembling the new parts, and during the process he scratched the chrome piece on the front of the door and the main knob. Also he somehow popped paint off in two locations in the front of washer. I think after he realized he screwed up he then ask for a towel but I did not inquire as to why he needed a towel, I just gave him one.
Very impressed with repair technician. Very polite, fast, and neat. However, my complaint with Sears is how long it takes to get a repair. I was without stove and oven which locked up, for 10 days. I have all Sears Elite appliances but probably would not purchase again because of slow service of repairs.
