The techs are not experienced. Smoked my house up by touching wires and damaged my front lid to the washer. Have been at the house 3 times and the washer is still not fixed. They are coming down again for the 4th time next week so I have to take off from work a 4th time too. They sent students and techs who did not know their job. They sent most of their time on the phone asking how to fix the washer. The washer and dryer compact cost me 1400 and the insurance another 329. The two maintenance technicians who provided the yearly check up on my microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer were excellent. They were cordial; thoroughly check out my appliances; identified potential problems; gave helpful advice on proper use the appliances; and advised me of other Sears programs that were of interest to me. I'm happy they got my assignment.
The salesmen knew what the problem was and was in/out my house within a hour. I would recommend sears agin to my family.
The technician was right on schedule, he looked for the problem and detected it right away. Found the necessary part, fix it and it was good to go He know what he was doing Thank you.

Got my stove back in working order in 20 minutes! Sears sent the right part before hand so all the gentleman had to do was fix the hinge on my stove. Good job!
If you are familiar with the phrase "The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" then you know about the experience we had with Sears. Our refrigerator ice dispenser was not functioning, that's what we believed. Four repairmen, three different diagnoses and four months later, our NIGHTMARE ended. Would I recommend their repair service H _ _ _ No!
Part arrived by FedEx ahead of the repair date. Sears technician arrived as scheduled. Repair took 15 minutes. Dryer operating perfectly. Technician was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
We are very pleased with the service received. The repair man had excellent customer service skills, was professional, caring and determined to resolve to our satisfaction.
