Donta was very professional and fantastic! He did a great job repairing the ice maker.
My service repair today finally lived up to the early days of Sears Service! Technician Tom arrived at the time that was given to me early this morning so I didn't have to sit by the window and watch all day!! The tech went right to work and efficiently and neatly figured out the problems with my dishwasher! He is a gem!!! He needs a gold star on his uniform!!!
Walton arrived timely, was very courteous and took the time to.explain the issue and how to rectify them. If I need a Sears technician in the future, I hope it's him. I.recommend him!
