We had Sears Appliance Repair come out to fix our 2 yr old dishwasher. It's been 5 and a half months and not only is our dishwasher still not fixed...the technicians have damaged it to a point that it can't be repaired now and take no responsibility for their actions . Not only that but they flooded our sub flooring to the point where it was flooding our basement floor and pouring down on our brand new dryer and their response to this was to say "it'll dry up eventually" and leave.
