Excellent experience with this company
The tech ran an 18 minute washer cycle and did absolutely nothing with the dryer although I told him I couldn't use some of the buttons. It was supposed to be a scheduled maintenance visit which I purchased with my washer and dryer. He did no cleaning of anything. No inspection of the gaskets--absolutely nothing. Do not pay for this service which is not a service at all. Nothing but a way to get your hard earned money and give you nothing in return.
Set up appt. online the night before at 10:15. By the next morning at 10:15 the work was completed. Fantastic!
Technician defrosted the refrigerator and left. The next week it was leaking again.
Couldn't get through all the phone prompts and hung up.
