I was assigned this company from my (worthless) home warranty company. My expected time frame was 8-5. That is a large window for a Saturday. My technician, Vish, was courteous and called me in the morning to let me know I would be his last stop of the day. Upon arrival to my home, he introduced himself, and asked if it was still a good time as it was a little later than anticipated. He explained the tests he was conducting and the results. Tech analyzed dishwasher which did not drain and insisted that, even though the impeller of the motor worked, that it needed a new motor. Bill?. Just under $400. Now installed, the dishwasher still doesn't drain. Brought in another appliance repair service and the problem was not the motor but the control board. Replaced, the dishwasher works well. Does this mean my $400 went down the drain???
