Where do I begin…let me first say that at least one technician that came to my house was semi helpful. But if not for the first not doing his job the next months of frustration would not have happened. I bought a fridge from sears in 2016 and it stopped working. I called sears home services and a technician came out. Without actually doing anything he diagnosed it as a compressor. Apparently because that’s the most common issue?
