Service guy was great and quick, but would give Sears 1* for pricing. After reluctantly agreeing to price/fix/charging, then the service guy told me, hey next time, this is only a $40 part and took 5 min to put in and showed me how to do it. But said he can't say anything until after. Service charge was almost $400!!! :-(

The beer was solid, but the food was poor! A frozen super pretzel? Ridiculous

Technician decided to tip over a broken washer full of water and thought it wasn't a big enough deal to inform anyone. I came home from work after wife told me what happened to see water dripping through ceiling of garage underneath the laundry room. Tried to reach local Sears appliance repair shop and only was able to speak to 1-800 call centers with limited English. Took numerous calls to get a claim number and was told I would have to handle the water remediation and reconstruction and submit it to claims people. Of cours... read more
