I recently took in a rim and tire from my car to have the tire repaired. Just a few thousand miles previously I purchased a set of 4 Michelin tires along with Sear’s road hazard warranty. My tire had a nail in it, so I put on the spare and took the isolated rim and tire into the Albany, OR Sears' automotive department. The checkout associate was great. I have no complaint there.
