While the person completing the service was nice, he seemed inexperienced and incompetent. The same person was dispatched twice to repair my GE Profile refrigerator. On both visits the repairman was on the phone working with a senior technical resource. At the end of both visits, he was confident in the diagnosis and the repair. Neither resolved the issue. Worst customer service ever! Issue with a one year old Kenmore oven that the service people can't fix. 5 missed days of work and 3 service technicians later and the oven is still broken. This doesn't even cover the last minute cancelation of a (week in advance) scheduled repair that was cancelled because they became overbooked! Sears denied me a $500 store credit towards and new oven or a refund of my repair service contract because repairs have already exceeded the cost of the service agreement. I booked the repair appointment. They guessed over the phone as to what the problem was and ordered a part that they send to the wrong person. A month later the part arrives. Repairnan arrives. Didn't need the part that we had to wait a month to get. Was talked into getting my dryer cleaned that I didn't want. And ever since he messed with my dryer my brand new washer has stopped working. Coincidence?!? And I had to put all my shelves back into the frig that he took out. Completely unsatisfied! You me a new washer!
