Showed up on time, assessed the work needed and completed the job. Well done and I would recommend to friends.
No show on first appt. Part ordered..got it 6 wks later. Came to install part and couldn't figure out how to remove built-in oven/microwave for part install, even tho I had original installation instructions. Said I had to get a cabinet installer to remove appliance. Still not installed. Had to purchase counter top microwave in the interim. Been three months since this fiasco started. Sad commentary on once reliable business.
