Okay, so as far as the service (once the technician arrived) I'd give him a full blown 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He was also on point with communicating, being personable, professional, informative, empathetic. I was NOT happy with Sears beforehand due to the sudden "your technician should arrive HOURS AFTER the scheduled appointment time." Ummm... no, that's unacceptable. I had to basically turn into "angry black guy" before getting my appointment expedited and receiving a follow up for that appointment. I had adjusted my work sch... read more
Don't waste your time. $600 spent on "repairs", yet nothing is repaired. Our 5yro Kenmore fridge broke so we called to get it repaired per the warranty. We waited four weeks for the tech to come look at it, then another four weeks for them to fix it as we had to have the compressor delivered to our house (I would give five stars for this to happen).
