Not happy with scheduling. Took three days for a 8 hour window an then show up an hour late causing me to stay home waiting all day. Fortunately when Alex the technician arrived he was very professional an got the job done.
In door icemaker on my Kenmore refrigerator. Repairman steemed the ice from the chute. Then on the next day the chute froze up again so I am waiting on the repairman now as he was to be her between 8 and 5 today. He cancelled on me yesterday,5/17. Not happy here.

I ordered a part from sears for my fridge on 11/7/22 they said it was on back order, and that they would let me kno when it came in, by email, they never kept me informed abt the part I had to call , and call and sometimes no reply, it is now 2/ 23 and I called to find out now they r saying that they still dnt have the part , so I demanded my money back, so he tell’s that there is a new vendor that has the part, my advice to anyone never get a sears product, I needed a defrost heater thermostat, my fridge is only 3 yrs old b... read more
