Awesome customer service from a young man with red hair who answered all of my many questionsand was very knowledgeable. I got a great deal on a washer and dryer. Zero % interest for 12 months. The delivery guys were very nice and were finished unpacking and installing in no time.

Technician called midday to say that his computer was down and couldn't bill me for the appointment, so would have to reschedule. This took place after waiting most of the week for the appointment. Obviously, I did not reschedule and called someone else.
