Waited one week for an appointment for ice maker repair. No one showed up. We called and were told that a technician wasn't in our area. Apparently making an APPOINTMENT a week in advance isn't enough motivation for them to put a technician in the greater Cleveland area. They offered to reschedule, but couldn't guarantee the tech would show up the second time either. This is why this company is fast tracking to bankruptcy.
