What a horrible experience!! Paid $524 and the washing machine is still broken. On top of that the technician lied and stated that the machine is working fine. Avoid Sears Repair at all cost. Just going to waste money and still end up with a broken machine and no refund.
My refrigerator Kenmore Elit Refrig Cp, $1750-$2500 was repaired within the last 2 weeks. It is less than 4 years old and under warrenty. Service Provider Clearvent was sent to replace the condenser filter and compressor. They ruined the installation from ignorance and the unit is leaking gas. The compressor bounces around now. SERVICE WAS THE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE ON THE CENTRAL AIR SYSTEM - Albert was very professional and explained things very well. I was not happy that the service coverage was reduced. In the prior 6 year's annual maintenance, the serviceman would clean the outside exterior unit by hose and flush the overflow drain in the attic with ammonia or vinegar(not sure which). My kenmore refrigerator stopped cooling on Nov 15 2022, sears sent out the a&e repairman and the technician told me it was my evaporator fan. He ended up charging me 892$ and on Dec 15 another technician came out to repair it. After two day's the fridge still wouldn't cool, so they sent out another technician who told me the problem was actually the compressor, computer board, gas filter valve and compressor valve.
