I had my washer and dryer for 6 years and never had any maintenance done. Of which I should have because I own a German shepard(hair). Jeremy H came to the rescue. He was professional and did an awesome job!
Sears is my go-to for all appliance repairs. They are not the cheapest, but they come prepared, diagnose what's wrong and fix it the first time. My dishwasher is at least 10 years old, and the service person came with the parts necessary to fix it in one visit. Very reliable service
Sears is unmatched in the service they provide to Maytag and other appliances. The appointment was simple and quick to set up, as you can do that either on line or by phone; the tech was on time, very courteous and professional and friendly; did the work very knowledgeably. I wouldn't go anywhere else but Sears.
The service tech arrived and within in minutes identified the problem. As he had the part needed with him, he replaced the bad idler pulley right away and got me back to mowing my lawn in about an hour and a half time!! When I called for service, I was scheduled a service visit in just 2 days...
was very helpful and nice wonderful service and on time and made sure our questions were answered before he left thank you guys are terrific
