Would give ZERO STARS if possible! Called for a repair because my fridge stopped getting cold. Technician literally walked in and opened the fridge door and said the fridge "needed a part that was discontinued", which was false. Charged me $170 diagnostic fee. Then had to nerve to try to sell me the monthly Sears Appliance Warranty Plan, after not fixing my appliance! What a joke! I ordered the part myself and fixed it.
Scheduled someone to come look at our oven, original window 8am-5pm so had to clear my whole day and stay home. Halfway through the day of appointment, got an automated text saying they were rescheduling to later in the week. They wasted my time, so you shouldn’t waste yours.

So very disappointed set up an appointment a week in advance for a freezer not working, was told the repairman wold be in between 1-5 pm 5 pm get a text that it will was changed to 5;47-7;17 at 6;30 I contact support they tell me he's on his way, 7;45 I contact support again they tell me ohh no one contacted you , he's not going we will contact you to reschedule . two days later no response. Will never use Sear's Service again very unprofessional..
