I was stuck with no oven on Thursday before Christmas. I called Sears and they sent someone over the next day! Mark was awesome! He was pleasant and so knowledgeable. He showed me what happened to my oven and my dishwasher. He had the parts at hand and fixed it quickly! I highly recommend Sears!
The guy came and got my washer fixed quickly. He was very knowledgeable. My only issue is he was here for 15 minutes, replaced 1 nut and then charged me $155 all for labor. 15 minutes of labor for $155 seems ridiculous. They say $99 diagnostic fee gets waived if you have them fix the issue. Crazy price but washer is working
