service man was great but not happy that I bought top of the line elite and after just over a year it froze up on me. from what I understand it is poor design and will happen again. not happy after paying $2,400.00. always had great success with Kenmore but may think twice on it next time
Great customer service! I forgot about my appointment and wasn't home when they came by but instead of rescheduling the technician stopped back by at the end of his day and fixed my dryer. I was surprised when he showed up because I hadn't even called to reschedule yet. Good job Sears!!!!
