Horrible service. I waited all day for the repair person. He said he was on his way and two hours later he still hadn't arrived. Then I got an email saying the service was complete!!???? He couldn't get in the gate, but didn't call to say so, and just left. I called and asked Sears to take responsibility for his lack of service and they said that since he closed out the ticket, there was nothing they would do. I spent another 2 hours on the phone trying to get it resolved to no avail. Call someone else!!!
