Chris Gorbett (ID # 022244) arrived at our home very promptly (we had expected a late day arrival as in the past). He suited up with mask and swiftly ascertained the likely causes of the belt slippage. Chris dismantled the machine and expertly installed the replacements for the defective part(s).
