Sears Appliance Repair has been my 'go to' vendor for washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers and stoves for over 20 years. I have confidence that the technician's guidance will resolve the problem and not just replace parts to increase profits. The work has always been done professionally and promptly. When appropriate, the technician advises that further repairs may not be cost effective compared to replacing the appliance. I hope Sears Appliance Repair is around for another 20 years!!!
The repairman arrived, & was very courteous & professional. He explained his actions, performed them, & made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge & expertise. This was one of the best service experiences I have ever had.
Serviceman was on time. Very friendly. Did great job and cleaned up after the job. I could not ask for better service.
The rep knew what he was doing when he found d out and showed me that previous tech forgot to plug in the new fan causing my fridge to go to over 60 degrees and resulting in over $120 in ruined food
SEARS, A & E, Service Technician would not clean our Debris in grill. He put BBQ Grill back together with all the dirt & debris inside. Debris is what caused the BBQ to not work properly in the first place. Now I agree you are not in the grill cleaning business; however, when the compiled/collection of dirt & debris is the problem the Technician must remove the "PROBLEM" NOT HAPPY I am a 30 years plus Sears customer with 6 or 7 ( 3 to 5 years) Protection Agreement contracts with Sears Make me happy Sincerely, Colin J Weesner... read more
The repair man came exactly when I said I was available. Did the repair quickly and efficiently. Was not given any run around when I said that my oven door had shattered. Was very helpful.
Sears annual preventive maintenance is a very helpful service. I recently had appointments for my washer, refrigerator and range. Each tech arrived promptly and performed effectively, professionally, and in a timely manner. Special thanks for the refrigerator serviceman who corrected a number of lingering problems from the initial delivery and installation. Thanks.
