Awful experience. My dishwasher is now more broken then when they started and they won't take responsibility for what they have done.
They knew what prob is and how much ro fix. I ordered part and has not been installed yet but I've had them on other times that's why I go back to sears were I bought it
Repair was performed very professionally. All parts were shipped by Sears ahead of repairman came. Person (Ken) did great job. Very happy with his work. Only thing that we had to wait for little more than a week for appointment. I wish they can do it faster.
