I am assuming that this business is where the Kenmore warranty department works out of. I am wanting to ensure no person will be purchasing a dishwasher from Kenmore. Profit is more of their concern as they knowingly assembled a product with a drain from a subpar line that would not handle the dishwasher itself. There fore the drain pump does not work. Our service rep "David" was terrific. I had a video of the noise and error message that proved to be a great help diagnosing the issue - the part was ordered and and shipped to our home. David came the next day, installed it and gave me great tips for better use and function of our machine. He is welcome to join us for lunch anytime!
Liked the technician but didn't get the repair!
Unfortunately, Sears agent told me I wasted her time after deciding to hire another provider. Highly unprofessional and I hope someone might audit the call and provide customer service coaching.
